Hollywood Racks receives letters and emails every month from customers happy with our products and customer service. Here are a few we are pleased to share:

We’ve also had a number of letters over the years from people who had a Hollywood Hitch-rack on the back of their car when they were rear-ended. The rack acted as a big bumper- shock absorber. In one accident, there was a child sitting in the back seat of a mini-van when they got rear ended by a fast moving truck. The truck’s bumper was 6” higher than the van and according to police, the truck would have pushed through the back seat had the rack not stopped it. In another similar accident, there were a couple of kids sitting in the back seat of a ’91 Volvo station wagon when they got rear ended. The rack crashed through the back door and window and the kids only suffered minor bruises and cuts. Had the rack not been on the car, most likely the kids would have been very seriously injured or worse.
