We calculate your shipping
& handling costs are costs based on distance from our
shipping point in Los Angeles, CA; the weight of your package
and the speed of delivery (ground, 3-day select, 2-day,
etc.). By default we use UPS Ground Residential
for our shipments. If you require express shipment, contact
our sales department for a rate quote. Even if we are shipping
your order to a UPS Commercial site, you will still be charged
the Residential rate. We will ship anywhere in the contiguous
48 states. Hawaii and Alaska require air shipping at a higher
cost.
To determine your shipping
cost, open your shopping cart and enter your zip code into
the shipping calculator at the top of the screen to get
a shipping estimate.
Hollywood Racks will send
you status emails as your order progresses through our system.
When your item has shipped, you will be provided with a
tracking number. You can use that tracking number to track
your shipment on the UPS website.
If UPS verifies that your
package was lost prior to arriving at your destination,
we will replace the goods at no charge. We are not responsible
for shipments that are lost or stolen after delivery or
shipments that are lost without shipper confirmation.
Damage Claims: Your shipper
is responsible for damage during shipping. Contact the shipper
within 48 hours of receiving the product and file a damage
claim.

Policy for Hollywood Racks Website
Within 10 days of receiving
your shipment, you may return any of the following items
for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
We will not refund shipping costs.
You may return any item
that has been unopened, or is in new
condition with original packaging
If you have received an
item with missing parts or components please contact us
as soon as possible so that we can ship the missing part(s)
to you.
Freight must be prepaid
to our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA.
COD shipments will not be accepted. A Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) is required for any return. To request
a RMA, contact customer support at 800-747-4085.
Return Policy Defective
Merchandise:
1. If any item arrives in
less than satisfactory condition as a result of manufacturer
defect or if you receive the wrong product in error, please
call us, within 24 hours. A determination will be made to
either replace the defective part or ask for the entire
product to be returned at our expense.
2. We will send you a pre-paid
UPS shipping label to use for returning your order.
3. When we receive the defective
item back we will replace it with the identical (correct)
item at our expense
All return items must
be securely packed and shipped with the completed RMA
form to our warehouse in Los Angeles. We recommend you
insure the package in the event it is damaged during
shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Products
that show clear evidence of use will not be accepted
for refund.
Canceling
Your Order
If you wish to cancel
an order after your order has been placed, please call
us at 800-747-4085. Please call us either the same day,
or the day after you have placed your order by 10:00
AM Pacific time. We are unable to cancel orders that
have already been shipped.
